New beginnings

It all begins with an idea and an opportunity. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

In my case, after more than thirty years in the classroom teaching music to thousands of children, here I was, moving on into the scary world of the freelance musician and teacher. I had been given a great opportunity and was determined to grasp it with both hands.

So, no regrets. Onward and upward! Lots to do, including creating this website. Off into the unkown, but at the same time very much taking the opportunity to fully inhabit a part of the cultural scene which I have known all my adult life. My first bit of advice based on how it has gone so far would have to be, “Make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.”
